“Ride Partner” refers to a registered individual providing bike rides.
“Service” refers to ride booking and related features offered by Godhari.
Users must be 18 years or older to use Godhari.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Ride Partners must hold valid driving licenses, vehicle documents, and insurance as required by law.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
Godhari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.
Ride availability depends on location, demand, and partner availability.
Estimated fares and arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, route changes, or external factors.
Users must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Fare details are shown before ride confirmation.
Payments may be made via supported digital payment methods or cash (if available).
Godhari reserves the right to revise pricing, service fees, or promotional offers at any time.
Always wear a helmet provided or your own.
Follow traffic and safety rules during the ride.
Treat Ride Partners with respect.
Misuse of the app
Harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
Damage to the vehicle or equipment
Godhari may suspend or ban users violating safety or conduct rules.
Ride Partners are independent service providers, not employees of Godhari.
Godhari acts only as a technology platform connecting users and ride partners.
Users may cancel rides as per the cancellation policy displayed in the app.
Cancellation fees may apply in certain cases.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Godhari is not responsible for delays, accidents, traffic conditions, or events beyond reasonable control.
Users agree that use of the service is at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.
User data is handled as per the Godhari Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection and usage described in that policy.
Godhari may suspend or terminate access:

For fraudulent or illegal activity
For misuse or safety concerns
Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.
All content, logos, trademarks, and app materials are the property of Godhari and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
Godhari may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
